These Website Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to and use of stanmcnabb.com, stanmcnabbchevy.com, stanmcnabbgmc.com, stanmcnabbchevroletcolumbia.com, stanmcnabbcadillac.com, and stanmcnabbcdjr.com, and related webpages and digital services linking to these Terms (collectively, the “Sites”). The Sites are operated for the participating Stan McNabb dealerships identified in our Website Privacy Policy (collectively, “Stan McNabb,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using a Site, you agree to these Terms and the Website Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Sites.
1. Informational Use; No Offer
Site content is informational. Vehicle availability, equipment, mileage, colors, specifications, incentives, prices, and other information may change or contain errors. Images may be illustrative. Nothing on a Site is a binding offer. A transaction is final only after the required documents are executed and all conditions satisfied. Verify current information with the applicable dealership.
2. Pricing and Financing
Advertised prices and estimates are subject to accompanying disclosures. Taxes, title, license, registration, government charges, eligibility requirements, residency restrictions, lender approval, and manufacturer program terms may apply. Finance and lease terms are subject to credit approval and final lender terms. Calculators and trade-in estimates are estimates, not commitments.
3. Permitted Use
Use the Sites only for lawful, personal, noncommercial purposes. You may not interfere with operation or security; attempt unauthorized access; introduce malicious code; scrape content through automated means; impersonate another person; submit false information; or violate law or others’ rights.
4. Intellectual Property
Site content and materials are owned by or licensed to the applicable dealership, GM, Stellantis, other manufacturers, or other rights holders. GM, Chevrolet, Buick, GMC, Cadillac, Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram, FIAT, Stellantis, and other marks belong to their respective owners. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, or commercially exploit Site content without permission.
5. Third-Party and Manufacturer Services
Sites may link to or integrate services operated by GM, Stellantis, lenders, trade-in providers, mapping services, chat platforms, social-media services, payment providers, or others. Third parties control their services, terms, privacy, security, and availability. A link or integration does not make us responsible for third-party services.
6. Text Messaging Program Terms
Program senders
SMS terms apply when you separately consent to receive text messages from the dealership identified in the opt-in disclosure: Stan McNabb Chevrolet Buick GMC; Stan McNabb Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Fiat; Stan McNabb Chevrolet Cadillac of Columbia.
Message types and separate consent
Depending on the selected program, messages may include customer-care responses, sales follow-up, service reminders, appointment confirmations or changes, vehicle or repair-status updates, recall or warranty communications, and promotional offers. Consent to one dealership, program, or purpose does not constitute consent to another. Separate consent will be obtained where required, including for marketing messages.
Consent and frequency
By completing an authorized, optional opt-in process, you consent to automated or non-automated text messages for the disclosed purpose at the number provided. Consent is not a condition of purchasing, leasing, obtaining service, or buying goods or services. Message frequency may vary based on interactions and the selected program.
Costs, cancellation, and help
Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe from that messaging program; you may receive one final confirmation. Reply HELP for help. You may also contact the applicable dealership using Section 12.
Delivery and mobile-number responsibility
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages, and delivery is not guaranteed. You represent that you are the subscriber or customary user of the number and are authorized to consent. If you change or relinquish the number, opt out or notify the applicable dealership.
Privacy
The Website Privacy Policy describes information handling. Text messaging opt-in information and customer consent will not be shared with any third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.
7. Electronic Communications
When you communicate electronically, you consent to responsive electronic communications subject to law and your preferences. You are responsible for accurate contact information. Marketing consent and transaction-related communications are governed by the disclosures presented when information is collected.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SITES AND CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS, OR THAT CONTENT WILL ALWAYS BE COMPLETE, CURRENT, OR ACCURATE. THIS DOES NOT AFFECT RIGHTS THAT CANNOT LAWFULLY BE DISCLAIMED.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE PARTICIPATING DEALERSHIPS AND THEIR AFFILIATES, OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE A SITE. NOTHING EXCLUDES LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE EXCLUDED BY LAW.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Tennessee law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. A dispute will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in the Tennessee county where the applicable dealership is located, unless law requires otherwise.
11. Changes and Severability
We may revise these Terms by posting an updated version and effective date. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
