I purchased a new Silverado, I requested the advertised deal of 0% interest and 90 days no payments. They blew through the "signing" and turns out they set up the payment to start in 30 days. I was told by GM finacial that the dealer needed to correct this with an amendment to the contract. I went to the dealership and ask them to fix it, was told someone would call me in couple days. NO call came. Stopped by the dealership a week later and was told I didn't tell them that I wanted that deal! The whole time I was negotiating I was talking about the that deal. the finance manager actually showed me a different finance package that I would get a larger rebate if I agreed to a 3.9% loan. I told him "No, I want the 0% deal." They refuse to fix their mistake. The finance manager was very arrogant and rude towards me. We would recommend you go anywhere else than this dealership.

There were no games or trickery, and everyone including Laura was straightforward, knowledgeable, skilled, and genuine. And the process was given sufficient time and care but was relatively quick, which I appreciated as well.
